    The Jones Payne Group to Conduct Feasibility Study for the Redevelopment of the Point Reyes Coast Guard Site

    Community Land Trust Association of West Marin (CLAM) has retained The Jones Payne Group to assist with a feasibility study for the redevelopment of the 30-acre Point Reyes Coast Guard residential facility.  This site provides a unique opportunity to create desperately needed workforce housing in West Marin, where the high cost of market-rate housing far exceeds the means of many of the people who work in the community.
