The Noise Mitigation Group provides property management support services to land acquisition and homeowner relocation programs.  Working as the single point of contact to clients, the Group offers a unique approach to handling the management of acquired structures by contracting directly with contractors, consultants, and service providers.  The Group then handles all public solicitations/procurements, contracting, permitting, notifications, coordination, management, and reporting.  This comprehensive system alleviates the need for program sponsors to publicly solicit, negotiate, and contract services from numerous service providers.
